The goal is simple: Gain weight, Gain muscle mass, Change my body image. Over the coming weeks and months I'll be posting regular updates about my routines, meals, and general well being while putting my body through these changes.
For all those people who hold the title of tall and skinny I want to try and show you that you don't have to stay that way, that you can change if you want to.
